The reality for most of us in today’s modern world is to travel from one box to the next. We sleep inside, we eat inside, we step into our cars and drive to the office, we drive home from the office, finish our day relaxing around the house and do it all over again. Our modern lifestyle has developed to the point where going outside has become an “option”. A whole week may come and go without ever feeling the sun’s rays on our skin or fresh air filling our lungs.
Here’s the scoop .. the ‘unseen’ wavelengths of wifi (3G, 4G and god help us when 5G is amongst us) are incredibly damaging to our mental health and overall wellbeing; as are fluorescent lights and other modern light bulbs; and then there’s that 6 inch mobile device that many of us carry everywhere we go and are glued to it from the moment we wake until we fall asleep on the pillow.
If you’re wondering why you’re stressed, anxious, depressed or not coping as well as you used to, chances are any of these modern day practices may be a significant contributor to the cause of this mental and emotional dis-ease.
The good news is that there is a remedy waiting for you to embrace. A remedy that is free of charge and available to almost everyone. Nature has and always will be the answer to so many of our modern day dis-eases.
So, if you’re a city dweller, an iPhone addict, or an office / factory worker exposed to artificial lighting all day long, can I please please pretty please encourage you to do one thing this month …. make a concerted effort to go outside in to nature as much as possible. Without your digital device. Feel the breeze and sunshine kiss your skin. Fill your lungs with fresh air. And soak up bio-photons from nature’s natural source of light. Try it for a month and see if you feel a difference.
