Every day we invest our time and energy into these three pillars whether it be reading a good book, listening to our favourite podcasts, going for a walk in nature, running a bath with essential oils, nourishing our bodies with high quality food and water or practicing gratitude. Whatever it takes to feel like we’ve nourished our mind, body and soul for that day.
A genki life means asking ourselves these three questions daily:
How good can we feel today?
How much fun can we have today?
How kind can we be today?
Our priority is always our alignment and raising our vibration. This is our most important work and the secret to living a genki life.
